I would not choose this facility for a family until their management team can decide staff are valuable and needed at this facility. The facility responded to my review with the statement below from the "owner"... That was an insincere reply just to make Google readers think they are doing something about the issues. I called the number it is not the "owner" It was one of the nurses stations at Aspen Meadows. She transferred me to the Social Services Director who did not answer. I would never go back and I would never allow any of my family to go there.

To find out if the facility is is a good fit you must do you your own research about the facility as well as more importantly visit it in person. Our facility has Minimum Age of Accepted Residents, Activities Onsite, Devotional Services Available, Indoor Common Areas, Meals Provided and other ways we keep seniors active and healthy. Our staff works really hard to keep our aging residents active and independent, keeping everyone feeling young and healthy.
Although we gave this nursing home an abysmal overall score, we gave it a B- for our nursing rating. Nursing ratings are primarily tied to the nursing home's nurse staffing. This place provided just 0.4 hours of nursing care per patient each day.

Residents have plenty of entertainment options nearby as well. Billings has plenty of events for seniors looking for some excitement.
